Read the rules before entering
The rules are simple and are based only on decent behaviour. Anyone who behaves politely on the forum is welcome. However, many people think that when nobody can see them, they can do whatever they want. For this reason the forum is protected and only registered users can post. There are a few topics that do not require registration, but only a small number. Anyone who spams the discussion or otherwise burdens the database with unsuitable posts will be removed immediately. I firmly hope that such measures will never be needed.
All registered users can also become members of selected user groups. This can bring advantages such as access to the newest updates before they are released publicly. More benefits may appear in the future. You can read how to join these groups in the discussion.

When asking a question
Before writing to the help section that something does not work, first check the FAQ section to see whether your problem is already explained there. Also look through older forum posts, because the same questions are often repeated. If you decide to ask, describe the problem as precisely as possible so it is completely clear what is happening. For example: I would like to ask whether it is normal that DXTre3D editor v2.0 R1 displays the error “Error Trying to create DX Viewpoint !” when starting. I use Windows XP SP2. My computer configuration is CPU - P3 800MHz; RAM - 256MB; VGA - Voodoo 3 2000. This gives us useful information for finding the cause. The more accurately you describe your problem, the sooner we can solve it.
